Anyone providing toilets for the use of ladies away from home, be they for staff, customers or visitors has an obligation to provide a proper sanitary disposal service.
Given that this is the case, then they also want to be certain that the money they spend on such a service provides them with a worry free, reliable hygienic and value for money service.

They use only high quality and thoroughly tested products to help them provide this service. The sanitary disposal bin they use, in which they were also involved in its design, has stood the test of time and is still one of the very best in the market.
They do not require customers to sign long term contracts – they were the first company to do this and whilst they have been copied by some still very few other providers have been brave enough to take this step.
The standard service is a 4 weekly one which means that the customers is visited on the same day of the week every 4 weeks (this may vary very slightly at bank holiday times etc). The customers then know when to expect the service operative. A monthly service of 12 visits a year or a 6 weekly service can never hope to provide the same level of customer satisfaction.
A service sheet / waste transfer note is left at each service so the customers know exactly when service took place and hence when the next one is due.
Route planning, which plays a vital role in ensuring good service, is reviewed regularly by both service and administration – this is particularly important as new customers are added to each route.
